What do we offer?
We provide individual assessments to look at your resilience using the ‘WRAW’ index. Wraw the world’s first psychometric tool and survey to measure resilience and its impact on wellbeing. It is a validated and evidence-based tool which helps to increase self-awareness of your current levels of resilience.
The assessment tool and coaching are based around the 5 Pillars of Resilience model (Energy, Inner Drive, Future Focus, Flexible Thinking, and Strong Relationships), providing a holistic view taking into account both the emotional and physical elements that are impacting your wellbeing.
How does it work?
We will ask you to fill out a referral form, and an individual questionnaire will then be administered for you to complete online. This assessment will generate a report which provides a comprehensive view of your personal resilience and how it’s impacting on your wellbeing. Wraw is particularly aimed at working people, but it also adds considerable value in looking at health, rehabilitation and goal setting, so it is a useful tool to use in a variety of circumstances.
The assessment and report explore your current levels of resilience and how this is impacting the extent to which you are feeling the effects of pressures, challenges and adversities. Your individual report will be debriefed in a coaching session of up to 1.5 hours in duration, in order to provide meaningful, in-depth feedback.
A single session of feedback is usually a sufficient intervention, but in some cases a further follow-up session may be recommended, with or without a second assessment, for a few weeks down the line. (additional costs will apply)
